Free Shipping over $100.00:
Exclusions:
- Any order not made through the use of our website including phone sales or emails
- The states of Alaska and Hawaii or any location outside of the U.S.A
- Items that do not appear on our website
- Items that are special ordered or custom built
Our free FedEx Ground shipping option applies to purchases that total $100.00 in merchandise without tax or freight applied. Shipments to the states of Alaska or Hawaii and any location outside the U.S.A are not eligible for free freight. Free freight may ONLY be used on purchases made through our website and do not apply to phone or email orders. In addition, items that do not appear on our website, are special ordered or custom built are excluded from free shipping.
You will be prompted inside your shopping cart when your order qualifies for FREE ground shipping. Select FREE ground shipping at checkout on all qualifying orders over $100.
Same day shipping:
Orders will ship the same business day if item(s) are in stock and the order has been placed and received by 3PM(MST). Orders placed after 3PM(MST) will ship the following business day. If an order is urgent, please call to verify the item is in stock and that we can ship immediately.
All of our products are shipped via FedEx with the following options:
Domestic Shipping:
- FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
- FedEx Priority Overnight (1 business day delivered by 10:30 AM)
- FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day delivered by end of day)
- FedEx 2 Day (2 business days delivered by end of business)

International Shipping:
- FedEx International Economy

Back Orders
Most of our inventory is in stock and ready to ship. If an item on your order is on back order we will notify you via email on your back order status. You will then have the option to have us ship a partial or the order in its entirety once it becomes ready to ship. Orders are not charged until they have shipped from our warehouse. If an item is on back order, we will only charge for the portion that has shipped out and will charge for the back ordered item once it ships out separately. Return Policy:
FiberOptic Supply firmly stands behind all of our products and has built a strong reputation for providing quality service to all our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product subject to the terms below:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund to the original payment method.
- All returns made after 30 days, if approved, will be issued store credit.
- Items must be new and in the original packaging.
- FOS will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
- An RMA number is required on all returns. Please see info below on our RMA procedure.
- A 20% restock fee may apply on non-stock items.
Non-Returnable Items
Items which are custom built such as fiber patch cables and multi-fiber assemblies are non-returnable unless defective.
RMA Procedure
Please call 800-322-4525 or fill out our contact form to request an RMA number. We are unable to accept any return without authorization.
